It's the top of the 4th inning, now, and Tim McCarver just made the following remark: "In the history of the game, nothing significant has ever been said between a runner on first base and the first baseman."
Funny that McCarver should say that, because in his years as a color analyst, nothing significant has ever been said either.
As McCarver would say at the end of one of his ramblings, "A very interesting point."
